Where Do Projects Come From? And How Do They Come Together?
June 17 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT
Projects do not fall from the sky. They are the result of a process that results in projects that matter to people and companies. During the first part of this session, we will explore how projects come to be and the role project management has in that process.
During the second part of the presentation, we will look at the project lifecycle and examine the concept of integration and how that relates to the life of a project.
Participants can expect to gain:
1. A clear understanding of how projects are formed and ultimately assigned to teams for execution.
2. The specific phases of a project’s life, and how those phases help a team move the project from inception to completion.
3. How various areas of project management facilitate the integration of project work within the company.
“I attended Introduction to Project Management seminar (via MS Teams) with Tech Collective hosted by Rob Massoud. Rob did a great job explaining Project Management at a high level. This seminar left me wanting more, I looking forward to attending more PM seminar’s hosted by Tech Collective and/or trainings.” – Greg Spaziano- ITSM Administrator Care New England
