This is the first part of 6 free standing sessions. We will meet on April 13, 20, 27, May 4 , 11 and 18.
Bio: Dr. Wendy O’Connor is a Positive Psychologist and Life Strategist for Women. She coaches women on how to overcome overwhelm, get unstuck, and design their most fulfilling lives using the science of happiness. A Stanford graduate with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, she has helped hundreds of women nationwide live their best lives.
