Telephone Systems, End-of-Life Notifications & What to Do Next

Learning that your telephone system has been discontinued is always disconcerting. Hear from our experts on what an end-of-life notification actually means, how quickly (or not) you need to act and what options you have moving forward. This talk is especially relevant for companies with Samsung or Panasonic phone systems, the most recent companies to discontinue systems.

We’ll cover:

What an end-of-life notification means (including a Samsung & Panasonic Update)

The risks of a discontinued system

E911 laws and your telecom system for staff and customer safety

Know when to act

Choosing the best option moving forward (Premise-Based or Hosted VoIP Systems)

What to do with your old system
