Project Management Series: Moving from Concepts to Concrete

As part of the Introduction to Project Management series, this presentation provides an overview of some of the fundamental concepts underlying project management including the project life cycle, understanding the major phases of a project, the major process groups to be addressed and specific knowledge areas that are common to most projects. This session will help provide a holistic, “big picture” framework for building successful projects.
About the Presenter:
Steve Earle is a project management consultant with HCH Enterprises and has over 25 years’ experience in project management, information technology and process improvement, primarily in the healthcare sector, with additional experience in banking and manufacturing. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Fellow of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (FHIMSS).
