Advanced Excel Concepts: Working with Power Pivot
June 23 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm EDT
In this Advanced Excel session, we will learn how to use Power Pivot to create pivots from two or more sources of data. We will learn how to define relationships between multiple data tables and data sources to create complex pivots. We will build on this and use slicers and timelines to create interactive reports and charts.
What participants can expect to gain?
Participants will gain an understanding of how to use Power Pivot to define data models from multiple tables or data sources. We will then explore methods to analyze this complex data using slicers, timelines, and interactive reports.
Participants should have experience with Excel, including the use of tables and named ranges. Participants should be comfortable with basic Pivot Tables. Participants should have access to a modern version of Excel (2016, 2019 or M365). Participants should enable the Power Pivot add-in.
