- Discover your strengths and what you do best
- Choose your goal and get laser focused about what success looks like
- Make a first draft plan with ease to put your No. 1 priority into action
- Learn how to aim your strengths to drive outcomes and accelerate impact
- Apply your new insights and learning to your plan
These hands-on, experiential workshops include a code to take your CliftonStrengths assessment, pre- and post-workshop activities, coaching emails, and immersive learning moments.
About Cindy Scibetta-Butts
Cindy has always cared deeply about two things, health & well-being and personal & professional development. This has led her to be on HR teams within wellness businesses for her entire career. She is obsessed with helping businesses and their teams grow, so they can do great things together. Her favorite place to be is coaching employees, managers, teams and executives to perform at a higher level than they did before. Cindy founded Grow with Strengths in early 2018. She is excited about working with businesses to help them grow their talent and support employee performance and success. She was named “A Leading Woman of Distinction” in 2019 by the Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England and received many awards as a HR leader for Healthiest Employer, Best Places to Work and Worksite Health Awards. Cindy is an experienced and committed Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. Her BA from the University of New Hampshire is in Interpersonal Communications & French. Cindy and her husband, Dan, live in Barrington, RI, and they have two millennial daughters.
