Diversity & Inclusion

The Tech Collective's primary mission is to ensure that Rhode Island businesses have the technology talent that they need to compete and grow. We aspire to aid in the creation of an equal opportunity environment in Rhode Island's tech sector.  One way we can achieve this goal is by allowing diverse perspectives and backgrounds to contribute to new, innovative ideas. This initiative allows for training opportunities for those who may not have had the resources otherwise. As technical career opportunities continue to grow, we need to increase the upward mobility of diversity candidates.
